What we'll do first is talk about your goals. What are you looking for out of a yoga class? How do you want your body and mind to feel? What, if any, current or past injuries do you have? I like to know about the whole person, so we'll get to know each other quick!
What you'll get depends on the type of class you're signing up for. Private classes, whether in person or over Zoom, are incredibly personalized. We talk about exactly what you're looking to work on, and I tailor the entire hour just to you and your body/mind. You'll get a fully targeted hour of movement, breathing, meditation, and loving energy. Public Zoom classes are either 45 or 60 minutes, and consist of a yin or vinyasa flow. There's also loving energy there, too :)
What you'll need is a yoga mat and a flexible mindset. No one expects you to put yourself into a pretzel or stand on your head on day 1 (or 100) with me. This is all about learning your body/mind and how to take compassionate care of yourself.
