A nice, gentle class to get the blood moving as we work to deepen the breath.
A loving-kindness meditation; it opens up the heart to spread love to those around you and most importantly, to yourself.
Grab a mug of tea and make yourself comfortable. We'll just look at each other over Zoom and send the love.
Bring the ol' pen and paper, or your computer, and come with an open heart. We'll be reflecting and dreaming together.
Yoga to warm up the muscles and fire up the breath. Be prepared for ups and downs (literally!).
Like my weekly newsletter, I'll lead an intuitive tarot reading for all, with some reflection + journaling. Bring something to write with.
I'll use creative storytelling to guide you through breathwork plus movement for the body and flexibility for the mind.
A super gentle style of yoga designed to release muscle and soul tension. Bring pillows and blankets to prop yourself up!
Come and go as you please to any and all classes.
This option also includes a lovely New Year's Day Retreat box shipped to your door! Use the goodies during Tea and Smiles, Meditations, Yoga, or just for you as you begin your year.
